It can be hard to find time for ourselves in today’s world. Between work, family, and social obligations, there never seems to be enough hours in the day. But even though it may be difficult, we must make time for ourselves even if it’s just a little each day. Our health depends on it!

One way to make sure that you’re making time for yourself is to use a timer to set limits on how long you can spend on tasks. For example, I might set a timer for 30 minutes and work on a task until the timer goes off. This will help me to stay focused on the task at hand and avoid procrastination.
