Some of the new changes that this update includes are an all-new map, new story quests, and more. The new map is a separate area from the rest of the game and can be accessed through a portal found within the original Shattered Desert. The adventures in the Shattered Desert include three new story quests and multiple daily missions. The first quest involves you exploring ruins to find your way back home and to return power and light to its rightful owners. There’s also a chance that you may come across those who would do anything to take it from you.
To start your journey in the Shattered Desert, speak to Gahrokh in Al Mamoon
When you first start this game, Gahrokh will give you a quest that will lead you on a path through this arid land. He’ll provide advice on what to do and where to go for your quests, but it’s up to you whether or not to take his advice. Within the quest, you’ll also come across many obstacles–some may seem impossible, but there’s always a way around them if you’re willing to put some time into overcoming them.
Shekhturah struggles with the issue of identity
New friends and enemies await you in the Shattered Desert. One such group is Shekhturah, a female genie who has been trapped here for thousands of years. Her story is an interesting one, and she may just be what you need to come out on top of this desert.
You can choose which side to take
The quests in this game are designed to not only bring you enjoyment, but also challenge your views on certain things–ideals that we’re taught as children but sometimes lose along the way. Quests will give you the ability to make decisions, and it’s up to you whether or not you decide to follow what you believe or do what others expect of you.
